TERMS & CONDITIONS MY DOG IS NON-AGGRESSIVE, BUT SHOULD IT SHOW AGGRESSIVE TENDENCIES TOWARDS THE DOG CARERS OR THEIR FAMILIES, OR SHOULD ITS BEHAVIOUR BECOME UNCONTROLLABLE OR A NUISANCE BEYOND REASONABLE ACCEPTANCE, I AGREE THAT HE/SHE WILL BE PLACED IN A DOG BOARDING KENNEL UNTIL MY RETURN AND THAT THIS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A £20. TRANSFER CHARGE. I ALSO AGREE FOR "HOME FROM HOME" TO MAKE ANY DECISIONS REGARDING MY DOGS' HEALTH, PROVIDING IT IS ACTING IN THE BEST INTEREST OF MY DOG AND IS ON THE ADVICE OF A QUALIFIED VETERINARY SURGEON. ALTERNATIVELY, YOU WILL NEED TO ENTER AN EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER FOR SOMEONE TO MAKE THESE DECISIONS FOR YOU. ANY VET BILLS THAT MY DOG MAY INCUR WILL BE MET BY MYSELF, ON MY RETURN. I agree that if I do not turn up on the date agreed to board my dog, I will be liable for the full payment including the deposit and carers fee. If I return from holiday early and decide to collect my dog before the due date there will be no refund of any payment. I agree that if I cancel my booking with less than two weeks notice I will lose my FULL DEPOSIT. If I cancel giving between two and four weeks notice I will lose 50% of my deposit. If I cancel more than four weeks before I agree to pay a £20.00 administration fee for work carried out so far.*	I AGREE
