All you need to do is complete the questionnaire on our 'online booking form' stating your dog's requirements, for example: when your dog should be walked and fed; where it usually sleeps and your dog's routine will be kept the same.
Once we have selected a suitable dog carer in Ashford for your dog, you can go along to meet them prior to the booking - If you are not happy with your dog carer for whatever reason what so ever, a different carer will be selected for you, or your deposit refunded in full.

We have managed to keep our prices the same for over 4 years, however, in order to maintain the high level of service we have managed to give our customers year after year; it is now necessary to make a slight increase in our dog boarding fees. We hope you will continue to be one of our valued customers and take advantage of the discounts we offer for multiple dog boarding.
NB: Our price increase will not take effect until the 1st January 2010: £20 per day for one dog, discounted to £30 per day for 2 dogs and £36 per day for 3 dogs.
UNIQUE POINTS:
Your dog will not be with pre-school children or other cats or dogs in Ashford.
All dogs have access to a garden, are kept on leads for walks, and wear one of our tags.
You specify your dog's walking, feeding and sleeping pattern etc., and we keep the routine the same.
